The Cripple Lillies

Birthed from Pensacola, Florida, the Cripple Lilies are Chad Bishop and Elizabeth LoPiccolo with a myriad of musicians: Sean Peterson, Aaron Finlay, and Brandon Warren. They play mature yet sweet  indie-pop in the vein of Belle and Sebastian, the American Analog Set, and Regina Spektor.

The lilies released their first proper full length in the beginning of 2007, entitled La Bete. Recorded in January 2007 with famed producer David Barbe (Drive By Truckers, REM, Bob Mould) at Chase Park Studios in Athens, Georgia. The self-released effort contains nine carefully woven tracks that span each corner of the genre.

The lilies broke up in September 2007.
